TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

CONSTRUCTION

  Apart from adapting to the Turkish Standards that have been implemented  in our country and Latest Earthquake Regulations in the design calculations  of the project, the basic system of the land has been organized by drawing the sub-surface ground map. As a carrier system; it will be  conventional system in accordance with the static project.

  The concrete class of the reinforced concrete carrier system will be  made in accordance with the class defined in the static project.  In order  to make fully checked control, the service has been provided from the  laboratory approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning.

  In the external wall of the blocks; heat insulated precast floor wall  elements will be used.

  The woodworks shall be heat insulated aluminum eloxal painting wood  works; heat control insulated double glass.

  One of the opening wings of the aluminum eloxal painting woodworks  will be double openable.

 

 

ELECTRICITY

•  A generator system shall be installed in the capacity that will provide  100% backup energy through the central generator units in each  common places and flats. When the electricity is cut, the system will be automatically step in. On the other hand, the common places shall  be lightened by motion detector armatures.

The keys and plugs to be used in the electricity installments will be  selected as 1st class material in accordance with TSE and/or CE  standards. (If this is more than one, it will be conveyed in single frame).

In the flats, for the purpose of life saving and fire protection, residual  current protection relays will be used.

 

 

LIFT

The installation of OTIS, THYSSEN, KONE or equal type of lifts (contacted  by the security) having emergency evacuation system and that is  eligible for carrying load and having large-scale, high speed, earthquake  sensor, air condition and intercom system will be made in the blocks  by the appropriate number and speed.

On the other hand, as per the Fire Legislation, special pressured fire  lifts will be installed.

 

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

•  The telephone installation will be made in the flats in accordance with  its project.

•  Through the central SATELLITE-TV system, 40 TV channels will be  watched directly by means of digiturk, d-smart and subscription fee  support.

  In each flat and in each living room, a multi switch line will be installed  to the TV plug.

The door burglar alarm system will be installed to the entrance doors  of the buildings.

The data line will be installed in the flat in accordance with its project.  By installing the internet infrastructure, wireless internet use will be  possible if it is subscribed to the relevant distribution company.

 

HEATING

  Hot water in the flats will be provided by the central heating system.

•  The central heating system will be used in the blocks and the individual  utilization possibility will be provided by “share meter”.

•  Panel radiators/electric heaters will be used in the flats.

 

 

COOLING

  The channel type air-condition system will be installed in the flats.

 

FIRE

•  In accordance with its project and fire legislations, the fire extinguisher  (sprinkler) system will be installed in the flats, common places and  parking areas and the fire cabinets and fire station fire inlets will be  installed in the flat holes.

•  The digital addressed fire sensing and warning system will be installed in accordance with its project and fire legislation.

 

SECURITY

•  The intercom system with color image will be installed as per its project. The flats could communicate with block entry and building entry door  by voice and video communication.

 

PARKING AREA

  For each independent part, 1 parking garage place will be installed.

 

OUTDOORS

•  The landscape productions will be made in accordance with its project in the garden and terraces.

•  The infrastructure of the vehicle and pedestrian ways, sewage systems, dewatering systems and garden-terrace isolations will be made in accordance with its project.

(All kitchen equipment is operated by the electricity and there will be no natural gases in the flats.)
